The President of the Republic, His Excellency Paul BIYA signed a series of decrees on Friday 23 January 2026 to legalise eight religious associtions in Cameroon.

Decree No.2026/015 of 23 January 2026 to authorize the religious body referred to as "Eglise Orthodoxe Russe du Cameroun".

Decree No.2026/016 of 23 January 2026 to authorize the religious body referred to as "Communauté Missionnaire Chrétienne Internationale".

Decree No.2026/017 of 23 January 2026 to authorize the religious body referred to as "The Redeemed Christian Church of God/Eglise Chrétienne Rachetée de Dieu".

Decree No.2026/018 of 23 January 2026 to authorize the religious body referred to as "Reformed Overcomers Chapel".

Decree No.2026/019 of 23 January 2026 to authorize the religious body referred to as "Chapelle de la Gloire du Christ".

Decree No.2026/020 of 23 January 2026 to authorize the religious body referred to as "Mission Chrétienne de l'Espérance-Maison de Prière".
