Article 48. (1) The Private Secretariat of the President of the Republic shall be responsible for:

 

• the private correspondence of the President of the Republic;
• all other duties assigned to it by the President of the Republic.

(2) Administratively, it shall fall under the Civil Cabinet.

(3) The Private Secretary of the President of the Republic shall have the rank of director
