Mr. Vice-President, It is with real sadness that I learned of the death that occurred in London, of H.E. Michael SATA, President of the Republic of Zambia.
I wish in this painful circumstance, to address on my behalf and on behalf of the brotherly people of Cameroon; to you, to the bereaved family of President SATA and to the bereaved Zambian Nation, my most sincere condolences.
