THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree N° 79/488 du 05 November 1979 to regulate the duties and lay down the rules and regulations governing the professions of Bailiff and Process Server, as amended and supplemented by Decree N° 85/238 of 22February 1985 and Decree N°98/170 of 27August 1998;
Mindful of Decree N°981/18 of 25 February 1998 to setup Bailiffs offices;
Considering the files compiled by the persons concerned;
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The following persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this Decree, appointed Bailiffs within the jurisdictions of:
I-The Court of Appeal, Adamawa
