Mrs. Chantal BIYA – patroness of the Coccinelles school complex at the Unity Palace – has in her traditional gesture of motherly love – encouraged pupils of the establishment to maintain their outstanding output. This was during a colourful ceremony organised on 21 December 2017 at the campus to mark the start of the Christmas break.
The school children thanked the First Lady for her tireless assistance via multiple Christmas songs, rhymes, and ballets. Mrs. Chantal BIYA expressed her satisfaction at the end of the brilliant performances with the award of prizes to current and former pupils. She was assisted in this exercise by her guests such as the Minister of Basic Education, Madam Youssouf Adjida Alim.
