CHAPITER VI
MINISTERS IN CHARGE OF SPECIAL DUTIES, MINISTERS WITHOUT PORTFOLIO, SPECIAL ADVICERS AND ROVING AMBASSADORS
ARTICLE 45.- (1) Ministers in charge of special duties, Ministers without portfolio, Special advicers, roving ambassadors carryout all the duties attributed to them by the President of the Republic.
(2) Exta duties can be attributed, as need be, to the Ministers in charge of special duties and the Ministers without portfolio.
