THE SPECIAL COMMAND POST OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC
ARTICLE 46.- (1) The special command post of the President is charged with:
- the examination of military affairs entrusted to him by the President;
- study of military matters that arise from the Presidency;
- Presidential air links.
(2) He takes part, moreover, in the organization of military honours given to the President of the Republic and to foreign Heads of States in various ceremonies.
(3) The orgainisation of the special command post of the president is fixed by a special text.
