THE MINISTRY OF DEFENCE, UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF A MINISTER DELEGATE
ARTICLE 44.- (1) The Minister delegate is in charge of:
- study of the defence policy;
- implementation of the defence policy;
- the coordination and the control of the forces of law and order;
- the organisation and operation of the military tribunals.
(2) The organisation of the ministry of defence is fixed by a special text.
