The Head of State promulgated the law related to the bilateral agreement on air transport between Cameroon and Turkey, the ratification of the Central African convention on the control of small arms and the reorganisation of civil aviation in Cameroon
In conformity with the provisions of article 31(1) of the constitution, which stipulates that the President of the Republic promulgates laws voted by Parliament within a period of 15 days of their forwarding, if he does not request a second reading of the law or does not seek the opinion of the Constitutional Council, President Paul BIYA promulgated, on 24 July 2013, the three laws that were voted in Parliament during the second ordinary session of the year 2013 that just ended.
