The President of the Republic His Excellency Paul BIYA has sent a congratulatory message to President Idriss DEBY ITNO

on the occasion of the celebration of the Chadian national day on 11 August 2013. The Head of State expressed the hope that Cameroon and Chad will continue to work together so as to strengthen their cooperation and development efforts in order to improve the living conditions of their respective peoples.
