The convening of an extraordinary summit of Central African Heads of State by President Paul BIYA has been welcomed by his counterparts.

Planes carrying H.E. Faustin-Archange Touadera of the Central African Republic (CAR), H.E. Idriss Deby Itno of Chad, H.E. Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo of Equatorial Guinea, and H.E. Denis Sassou Nguesso of Congo, landed at the Nsimalen International Airport on Thursday 22 December 2016.
