The Head of State His Excellency Paul BIYA has written to the French President François HOLLANDE to express his condolence on the death of former French Prime Minister Michel ROCARD. President BIYA recalls that Michel ROCARD handled with brio the International Conference Africa21 held in Yaoundé to mark celebrations of the Fiftieth Anniversary of the Independence of Cameroon.
President BIYA sends his sympathies to the French Socialist Party, the entire French nation and to the family of Mister Michel ROCARD.
