At the invitation of His Excellency Vladimir Vladimirovitch PUTIN, President of the Russian Federation, His Excellency Paul BIYA, President of the Republic of Cameroon, left Yaounde today, accompanied by his wife, Mrs Chantal BIYA, to attend the 2nd Russia-Africa Summit which will be held in Saint-Petersburg from 26 to 30 July 2023.

The official delegation of the Head of State is composed of the following personalities:
