Monday 24 October 2016 declared national day of mourning

The Head of State His Excellency Paul BIYA signed Decree N° 2016/421 on 22 October 2016 to declare a national day of mourning on Monday 24 October 2016 following the ghastly train accident which occurred in Eseka on Friday 21 October 2016.
