The celebration of the Republic of South Africa’s National Day on 27 April 2015 affords me a pleasant opportunity to express to you my warm and heart-felt congratulations, as well as my wishes for peace and prosperity to your people.
It is my hope that our common action will contribute to further consolidate and develop the fruitful ties of friendship and cooperation that exist between our two countries.
