The President of the Republic His Excellency Paul BIYA signed a decree on 18 March 2015 instituting an official burial ceremony for Mrs. Françoise FONING, former Member of Parliament and Mayor of Douala V, who died in Yaoundé on 23 January 2015.
She will be buried in Baleng, Nkong-Ni Subdivision, Menoua Division, West Region.
