The final day of the second Russia-Africa Summit in St. Petersburg on 28 July 2023 was marked by a special declaration by the President of the Republic of Cameroon, His Excellency Paul BIYA.

President Paul BIYA and First Lady Chantal BIYA were among the top guests of a Welcome Reception, hosted by His Excellency President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation on 27 July 2023, in honour of the participating Heads of State and Government in the second Russia-Africa Summit in St.Petersburg, Russia.
The President of the Republic His Excellency Paul BIYA and Mrs. Chantal BIYA landed at the Pulkovo airport in Saint Petersburg at about 8h 50 today morning (6h 50 in Yaounde) for the Russia – Africa summit. They were greeted on arrival by Cameroon’s Ambassador to Russia, H.E. Mahamat Paba Sale and some Russian Foreign Ministry and local officials.
At the invitation of His Excellency Vladimir Vladimirovitch PUTIN, President of the Russian Federation, His Excellency Paul BIYA, President of the Republic of Cameroon, left Yaounde today, accompanied by his wife, Mrs Chantal BIYA, to attend the 2nd Russia-Africa Summit which will be held in Saint-Petersburg from 26 to 30 July 2023.
The President of the Republic His Excellency Paul BIYA and Mrs. Chantal BIYA returned to Yaounde today after their brilliant participation at the 2nd US-Africa Leaders Summit. The Presidential Couple were roundly applauded by the city dwellers who are thrilled by the major diplomatic successes recorded during this important event.
President Paul BIYA and wife First Lady Chantal BIYA were in the East Room of the White House on Wednesday to attend the U.S.-Africa Leaders’ Summit Dinner offered by President Joe BIDEN and First Lady Jill BIDEN.
The Cameroonian leader addressed the first-ever U.S.-Africa Space Forum in Washington D.C. - on the opening day of the second U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit. The 13 December 2022 event was organised under the theme: “Strengthening the 21st Century U.S.-Africa Partnership in Space”.
This was during the Invest Africa-U.S Private Roundtable organised in Washington D.C. on the sidelines of the second U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit.
Cameroon's Head of State is presently in the capital of the United States of America to attend the second edition of the U.S. - Africa Summit on the invitation of U.S. President Joe BIDEN.
The Head of State His Excellency Paul BIYA attended the opening ceremony of the Paris Peace Forum this Tuesday 12 November 2019, alongside several Heads of State and Government as well as other state and private sector personalities. He later participated at a panel discussion on the theme: “Recognising the South for a more equitable global governance”.
