Mrs. Chantal BIYA paid a visit to the “Foundation Grand Cœur” – a humanitarian organisation founded by the Chadian First Lady, Mrs. Hinda Deby Itno. This was on the sidelines of the extraordinary summit of Heads of State and Government of the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC), on 31 October 2017.
As Patroness of the Chantal BIYA Foundation, Cameroon’s First Lady lauded the efforts and progress made by her Chadian counterpart. Mrs. Chantal BIYA also encouraged Mrs. Hinda Deby Itno to continue in activities aimed at assisting poor and vulnerable individuals.
