The Head of State His Excellency Paul BIYA has sent a message of condolences to his Chadian counterpart His Excellency Idriss DEBY ITNO following triple suicide bomb attacks that occurred in Kelfoua, one of the small islands in Lake Chad.
President BIYA wrote that it with emotion that he learnt of the triple suicide attacks perpetrated by terrorists at Kelfoua, one of the islands of Lake Chad, on 5 December 2015, causing the death of ten of his compatriots and wounding several others.
President Paul BIYA strongly condemned once more the use of force by terrorists in an act of blind and barbaric violence against the peaceful population.
President Paul BIYA extended, in the painful circumstances, his sincere condolences to the families of the victims and the entire Chadian people.
