THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
MINDFUL of the Constitution;
MINDFUL of Law N° 2013/009 of 24 July 2013 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Central African Convention for the control of Small Arms and Light Weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly, adopted in Kinshasa on 30 April 2010,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1.- The Central Convention for control of Small Arms and Light Weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly, adopted in Kinshasa on 30 April 2010, is ratified.
Article 2.- This Decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
