The President of the Republic His Excellency Paul BIYA signed a presidential order N° 269 on 13th March 2014 setting up an inter-ministerial committee to handle very urgent issues concerning refugees in Cameroon. The Committee, which is presided over by the Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralisation, also has as members the Minister of External Relations; the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in Charge of Defence; the Minister of Public Health; the Minister in Charge of Special Duties, Secretary of the National Security Council; the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Defence in Charge of the National Gendarmerie; the Delegate General for National Security and the Director General of External Research
