The Central Committee and Political Bureau Member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is on a two-day official visit to Cameroon to reinforce diplomatic relations.

The President of the Republic of Cameroon, His Excellency Paul BIYA, has received an invitation to participate at the maiden edition of the South Korea-Africa summit to be held in Seoul next year. This was revealed during an audience between the Head of State and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea, H.E. Han Duck-soo at Unity Palace on 1 November 2023.
